“They aren’t safeguards, they are qualifying conditions…”

Baroness Ilora Finlay of Llandaff was in the Island today to meet with members of the Government of Jersey and medical professionals.

Later in the day she was interviewed live on Channel ITV news by Jess Dunsdon who asked her about palliative care, hospice and the Island’s review on Assisted Dying that is currently going through a consultation process.
